Experience

Mr. Ducharme joined E. Turgeon in 1994. He worked on site gaining valuable estimating, building, coordinating, and supervision and planning experience. In 2000, he joined the office team and became a partner in the firm. His responsibilities include estimating, project cost analysis, contract administration and project planning and scheduling. As a Project Manager he has gained valuable experience in ensuring the timely, safe, and successful completion of all assigned projects. He is experienced in the implementation and enforcement of all corporate policies and procedures (Health & Safety and QA/QC) and makes day-to-day decisions regarding cost analysis and budget control and scheduling. A specialist in multiple areas of construction management, he has extensive experience in pre-construction planning and analysis, the design/build process, CM/GC preparation, procurement contracting, budget management, contract closeout and warranty procedures.
